How my journey began..
When my husband and I first got married, we were living in my sister in law's basement and fresh out of college during a recession. It was a stressful time to say the least. We were trying to create a life together while managing bills and student loans. Taco bell was a real treat in those days!
During this time, we learned how to effectively communicate about money, discuss our goals and priorities, and make a plan we both felt good about. I learned the importance of being really clear about what you want, what you want your future to look like and spending intentionally to make those things happen.
Since then, I've spent the last decade working in corporate accounting in a number of different industries and in varying company sizes. With my degree in Accounting and Business Administration as well as my CPA, I've built a wealth of knowledge in the area of finance that has helped me build a business as a financial coach.
I love taking my knowledge and experience and using it to help others in their financial journey. It brings me so much joy seeing clients go from uncertainty and overwhelm to confident and thriving.
